ANDRO Construction + Projects was established in Auckland in 2020 to bring care, practical thinking and attention to detail to construction, renovations and property maintenance.
WHO WE ARE
We work with homeowners, landlords, investors, property managers, businesses and commercial property owners. Every property and brief is different, so we start by listening and understanding what the work needs to achieve. We then discuss the scope and practical considerations openly, so decisions are based on the building and the customer's priorities.
A neat finish matters, but so does the preparation behind it: the condition of the surface, the suitability of the materials and how details meet. Taking time with these things can help work perform as intended and reduce avoidable issues later. Our aim is to approach each job with the same respect for the property, whether it is a repair, an improvement or a larger project.
